Hello,
I am having an issue with the specific URL criteria.

I have three popups. For two, I need to show them based on parameters in the query string. The third shows if there are no URL parameters.

After using the specific URL criteria on each one, the popups display correctly for me only when I’m logged in to the WordPress site.

For a casual visitor, only the pop up that is set to show if there are no URL parameters shows, even if there are parameters.

How can I fix this so the correct pop up is displaying based on the URL parameters?

I hope you’re doing well!

I’ve tested Specific URL condition on my end and could not replicate this issue.

If an opt-in is not shown for the visitors, it more looks like a cache related issue. Please make sure to clear all caches, site cache, and if you have any service like CloudFlare or server cache enabled.

If the issue still persists, please share a link to your site where a pop-up should appear so we could have a closer look.

Thanks for your response. We’ve tested clearing the cache, and that does not appear to be the issue. The link to the site is https://entrepreneurandangels.com/. There are 3 different pop-ups that are similar but have different redirect links for the button.

1. If a user is on the url: https://entrepreneurandangels.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=ppc&utm_campaign=search the pop up that redirects to https://purchases.entrepreneurandangels.com/AGNLNCNDP/PAGNV993/index.htm?pageNumber=2 should show.

2. If a user is on the url: https://entrepreneurandangels.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=ppc&utm_campaign=display the pop up that redirects to https://purchases.entrepreneurandangels.com/AGNLNCNDP/PAGNV994/index.htm?pageNumber=2 should show.

3. If a user is on the url: https://entrepreneurandangels.com with no UTM parameters, the pop up that redirects to https://purchases.entrepreneurandangels.com/AGNLNCNDP/PAGNV9AT/index.htm?pageNumber=2 should show.

Instead, the 3rd popup is the only one that’s appearing. I’ve tried turning off the 3rd popup thinking that was the issue, but then no popup showed.

Please let me know if you can provide any clarity here.

I have visited these three URLs and I can confirm that I also got only the 3rd popup in all cases. That is not, however, consistent with results of the tests that I set on my test site:

– I’ve created three separate popups
– for each of them I used only the “Specific URL” condition with “Only these URLs” option selected
– I specified similar URLs there as you are using

In all cases the correct popup was showing up. I did only use that one condition type for all three popups – the “Specific URL” one.

Are you using any additional conditions perhaps, such as e.g. “Pages” or “Visitor’s logged in status” or similar?

May I ask you to share screenshots of how visibility conditions are set for your popups currently?
