Specific type of dropdown field i registration form

Hi,
I am creating a website for a field hockey tournament and they need a registration form with a very special kind of field and I’m not sure it exists or is possible to create.

In their registration form for the teams entering the tournament, they want a field for the costume theme. Each team is supposed to choose a theme in a list of choices like “animals”, “heroes”, “cartoon”
The thing is, they want each costume theme to be chosen only once, which means that if the first team for exemple chooses “heroes” and send the form, the second team to go to the form can choose only between “animals” and “cartoon”. So the dropdown list needs to be updated at each registration sent…

I have never seen anything like it, does it exist? Is it possible, maybe through a tick of some sort? I have searched in the plugins but can’t find any solution…
