Specific Theme Height Quesstion

How can I make this theme go full height (100%) in the body. I cant find the specific elements to correct on the css page. Also, since the site is so old it seems i can no longer contact the theme creator. Aside from the home page, these fixes need to be made for the other main pages as well. Please advise and thank you in advance for your help.
