Specific Service Booking

Is it possible to book a specific service from just one click (instead of scrolling to select a service)? For example, I have a list of all available services on one page… I want a user to be able to click a service (select a link) and then I want the user to be able to select the date & time and then pay (basically skipping or not displaying the “What do you need” section).

F.Y.I. I would like to keep the “What do you need” section (for other situations) however, I just need the request above in an addition.

Is this possible?
