Specific responsive table in WordPress

Hi there
I was wondering if someone know of a plugin/way to adjust a table in WordPress to the following:

Column 1
Days
1
2
3
4
5
6
7

Column 2
Baby
$1
$12
$13
$14
$15
$16
$17

Column 3
Adult
$12
$123
$134
$145
$156
$167
$178

On dekstop the three columns would be beside each other, but on mobile I want them to be stacked underneath each other repeating column 1. So I would have column 1 + column 2 on one line and column 1 + column 3 on the next line. Can someone please point me in the right direction? I did have a look a various plugins but couldn’t find anything so far.
