Yes, it’s possible to create and display layouts as you have suggested. First, let me inform you that if you need layouts as you have suggested then you must have a PRO version of Blog Designer plugin.
Using the free version you can add only one layout anywhere on your web page.
How to make that happen with the PRO version….?

1. First, create new layout form plugin Go to Dashboard ? Blog Designer ? Create New Layout

2. Fill all the options and settings as per your preferences.
3. Then click on the “Filter Setting” tab.

4. Find the “Select Post Categories” option on that page and select the post category.
5. save page and view.
Repeat this process again for another layout as well with different categories.
Note: Using the PRO version of Blog Designer plugin you can create an unlimited Blog layout for your website.
