Specific pages not updating cache

    We seem to have an issue with two pages on our site on mobile and more specifically android devices. This is the home page and the 32 fixed meal product pages. (https://www.measuredmeals.co.za and https://measuredmeals.co.za/product/32-fixed-meal-pack-set/)
    When we go into the source code of the two pages while on android, it says that the cache is with LiteSpeed and was last updated on the 14th of August. All changes made since then is not showing.

    How can we update this caching, or delete it to not cache to the CDN server as we are not subscribed to a CDN server. Also due to this, we would like to delete all the caching on the site.
