Specific pages don’t update

  • i update the page on my wordpress and it doesnt apply the changes i made especially on the homepage even the menu on the homepage doesnt change but in other pages it is updated, i even purge the cache but nothing helps, i tried updating the other pages but the changes applies right away.

    in my mobile and mac the changes are applied. but when i tested on windows pc the problem persist. i thought its just my pc and tested it in different windows but the problem are still there.

    Looking at your site, you use Avada theme.

    Since you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations: https://themeforest.net/

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
