Specific page randomly not loading everything

  • A strange issue is happening with [ redundant link removed, just use the link field ] so I’m curious what you think of it.

    Using WPBakery and the7 theme.

    The page consists out of 5 rows: text block 1, text block 2, gravity form 1, gravity form 2, empty space.

    When I load the page one of these 3 things will happen (regardless of clearing browser cache):
    – Only Gravity form 1 loads
    – Only text block 2 and gravity form 1 loads
    – Everything loads properly
    (I can’t check if the empty space loads)

    The website may have a related issue, that sometimes images will load, other times the same images don’t load (using lazy load for most images).

    What can I do? I cleared the wordpress cache and cloudflare cache already.

  • Not 100% sure but I would check the server first.

    – If you have some sort of caching on the server where your website sits then I’ll clear it first or even disable this for a short period, then re-cache CloudFlare.

    – Check the Logs on your server to see if you can spot any errors, I have doubts though as it’s loading randomly so it’s not quite a code issue. The code works or not.
