Specific mails not sent

    Hi,

    we have just installed and configured your plugin, using a “SMTP server” connection as primary and PHP mailer as fallback.

    In general the plugin works as expected and mails get delivered (e.g. woocommerce mails).

    But e.g. our firewall plugin (NinjaFirewall) cannot send mails anymore. This error message is displayed:

    “The following From address failed: [email protected] : MAIL FROM command failed,[email protected] unknown user account ,573,SMTP server error: MAIL FROM command failed Detail: [email protected] unknown user account SMTP code: 573”

    Even with aforementioned fallback and without forcing sender mail no emails can be sent.

    Any idea how to resolve?
