You mentioned that Item B ships for free. Just to probe further, have you set this up via coupons, a shipping class, or some other way? To establish a good context, kindly clarify.

I have labeled these items with a shipping class. These items essentially will ship free because they are drop shipped items with shipping prices built into the item.

I have tried with no success.
