Specific ID Problem

    Hello, i use your plugin in multiple websites with no problems, its great! I have a specific id though that cannot be loaded at all while it works fine in other similar plugins. Can you check it maybe? The id is “ChIJCfaAh4PnnBQR4K-uXykb6UU”

    Hello giorgosm!

    We have checked your request. In our system you can connect companies profile from Google, but this id belongs to an island. So this is the reason, why you couldn’t connect the page with this id.

    If you want to connect your Google profile, you have to give an URL or page id, that is connected to it. (as you can see in examples under the input field)

    If you don’t have business profile on Google, we suggest you firstly to create one and then connect it to our system.
