Specific headers not showing on specific categories

    I have a problem that I have a website that has many categories and there is a separate header for each category. Currently, my problem is that each post shows a different header than the one for the main category of that post I set. For example I have three categories: apple, banana, orange and when I checked all three categories but I set primary category to banana still the one header showing is from the apple category.

    Did you try by editing each of them individually from the back-end and check the options to show them on the specific page(s). IF yes, then take a look if you are not running with the updated files along with the latest version on your site.
