specific email not receiving contact form info

The form at https://reikinewyork.com/contact/ sends emails to any email address I ask except for the [email protected]
That is the email address we’d like to receive emails to. They’ve told me the emails aren’t going to spam or anything like that. They just aren’t arriving.
Is there something wrong with the email itself? Some odd glitch?
