    Thank you Takayuki but I think that I am not explaining what I need properly.

    I don’t need it to email to a specific person based on what they select, I need the submitter to receive a specific email based on what they select.

    If they choose Cats, the email information they receive will be “Thank you for choosing Cats”.

    Does that make sense?
