    Hi, I would like to check if someone encountered that other domain email not working? If I use my personal email ([email protected]), it works. But if I use [email protected], it’s not working.

    This is the recent activity to my domain, hosting and email:

    1. Domain and registered recently changed. I transfer the domain from old GoDaddy account to new Godaddy account.
    2. In the new GoDaddy account, I purchased new hosting, then I transferred the files to new hosting.
    3. The new hosting is recently being used by another domain. Then I requested to move the hosting to the domain I recently transferred.
    4. Therefore the domain and hosting are now on the same GoDaddy account.
    5. I accidentally used the Zoho mail records to the domain, then I changed it back to Gsuite.

    May I know the cause and the solution so that the domain will receive the emails from our website?
