Specific Coupon Question

Hi!

I was wondering how I could create a coupon for this scenario:

If a customer buys a necklace and I want to upsell then to add a keychain, they get 25% off the keychain (And Vice versa) – they are priced the same. I don’t want it to work so they can apply it for 2 necklaces (and at the same time 2 keychains)

How would I create a coupon for this?

I apologize if this is very simple! I am very new to wordpress >.<
