Special Use of PDF Plug-In

I am wanting to use Gravity Forms to create an employment application but need a solution where I could take the data entered in the form and create a way to get it to the HR department in a password-protected form. Gravity Forms support suggested that possibly Gravity PDF could take a submission and turn it into a password-protected PDF that could be e-mailed to HR and that they could open with the password.

Could Gravity PDF pull that off? Is there a way to automate things whereby the password-protected PDF would be automatically generated upon submission and e-mailed to the HR address?

If this will not work, might you have a suggestion of a way to protect the data and give access to it using Gravity Forms to collect the information?
