• Hi!

    I have the premium version of the plugin. A week ago I wrote to you that I’ve been having problem with the special scheduling function in the updated version. I’m creating the site for a client and the client needs to be able to block out certain hours in his booking form. That function doesn’t work at the moment. The site is 99% finished, now it’s just this problem that prevent us from publishing it. Have you had the chance to take a look at it?

    That’s strange, we’ve replied to all our tickets. Did you open a new ticket?

    Unfortunately, Special Scheduling is a feature that comes with the premium versions and due the WordPress policy we can’t talk about it on this forum.

    Okay, I haven’t recieved anything to my mail since I opened the ticket. Can’t you just answer me again directly to my mail? Feels unsure to open a new ticket since I might not get your answers. My mail adress is [email protected] or [email protected]

    Thank you for your post here on WordPress forums. I’ve spend some minutes trying to find out what emails were not replied and I just saw 2 emails that were received about 26 hours ago.

    By checking your nickname I think one of those emails is yours.

    Also, i looks like we were in touch about 20 days ago about and issue with your hosting provider, then we didn’t received any reply from you until few days ago. You’ve got back to us about 15 days after our first emails, usually, if we don’t receive a reply within 5 days the ticket is automatically closed. That might be the explanation of why you didn’t received a reply.

    I’m trying to find your other emails. We will get back to you ASAP via email.

    Hi!

    I opened a new ticket a couple of days ago. Still haven’t heard from you. I take it you’ve received my ticket? In case you have, could you update me of any progress you’ve made to my issue. Is it being resolved? Obviously I’m not getting your answers by mail.

    It’s hard to offer support on both sides, WP forums and via email.

    We’ve replied to all questions we’ve received between Friday and Saturday.

    If you haven’t received a reply we’re very sorry, perhaps, you could include the URL of this topic so we can identify your issue.

    Again, we understand that you need help, It’s just we can’t talk about the same issues on two places.

    You can rest assured, if you used the contact form we have on the website you will get a reply for sure within 24-48 business hours. In average it takes only 24 hours or even within the same day.

    Hi how’s it going with the tweaks? A week ago I got a mail from you saying that you were working on an update. So a couple a days ago I downloaded the update you were talking about but it still doesn’t work. I replied to you through mail but haven’t heard from you since.. Can you please send me a mail or something. Send it again if you’ve already sent it, cuz I haven’t received anything.

    I remember one of the guy contacted you via email. I will send him a reminder, you can rest assured that if there is an issue with that it will be fixed immediately, if there is a tweak we have to implement for your theme, you don;t have to worry about, it will be implemented as well ??
