Special (native) characters problem

I use aweseome surveys on different blogs. On one, it works fine, on the second there is a problem with special (native) characters (WP version and AS are the same on both).
When I add new question, and the question contains special character (ó????), the javascript (I suppose) changes it to ?3????o?. At the end (for respondent) it looks fine (ó????). And after there appears special character in question, all special characters used in labels for radio buttons and other inputs are changed to ???… When I want to edit this question to something that still contains special character, the question dissapears. When I remove special characters from all questions, the other special characters from answers turns back to normal: ó????.
So it’s clearly, that there is a problem with question encoding, not answer labels.I tried to reinstall plugin but problem remains.
