Special coding for account creation

Hello,
I would like to allow existing customers to make new orders using their existing emails without forcing them to log in to their accounts on the checkout page.

Also, I don’t want to select (Guest checkout), because the first order they make, I need the system to create an account for them automatically.

My request: I need the order to be accepted normally, then we can check if this email exists, then add this new order to his existing account. If not, then continue the normal process and create the account.
