Special Chars are not working in structured data description

    Special Characters are not properly converted in structured data markup description:
    For example:
    “Kunden erhalten im Mai für”
    gets:
    “Kunden erhalten im Mai f\u00fcr”

    This is a problem for languages like german which depends on special chars.
