Special characters problem in sent emails

    great plugin

    I just get a recurring problem with apostrophes and quotes in email subjects (no problem with content)

    Any idea how to fix this ?

    I get

    [T3R1 – Le réseau des coopératives numériques syndicales] Demande d & # 3 9 ; adhésion à la coopérative Groupe de travail T3R1
    (without the spaces of course)

    although content shows

    Laura Peltier souhaite rejoindre la coopérative “Groupe de travail T3R1”.</p>
