Special characters not showing properly

  • My emails look terrible because quote marks, bullets and apostrophes turn into a series of odd characters, like this:

    Is this happening in all emails sent by BPGES, or just digests?

    Are you using a 3rd-party email plugin to send email?

    If so, you might need to add the following snippet:
