Special Characters not displaying properly

  • I’m using special characters on my site and they’re not being displayed correctly (in all browsers but Chrome) and I’m not sure why; it doesn’t matter if they’re used within a post or when I use them in plugins (WP-Types for example.) Here is my site. The site is being encoded in UTF-8 and I’ve even tried character codes.
