Special characters like “&” not printed

It seems that the response “As the Vice President & General Manager of DevAdvantage’s divison in Europe….” that is properly generated and shown in the Discussions tab, is stopped in the chatbot in this position “As the Vice President“. So the character “&” is causing to stop rest of the answer.
I have the Typewriter Effect active. And if I refresh the page, the chatbot shows the full response without any problem. So it seems that during the typing process, it is stopped by that “&” character.
