Special Characters Issue

Hi guys!

I’m in the middle of making some questions and I’ve tried to place some “Sorting” choice in quiz but than suddenly all went wrong. I used characters like ??? and when I wanted to update question(page), it loads longer that usually and update as a blank question, with some ??? instead of ??? characters, so it seams that doesn’t accept these kind of characters. Can you point me what should I do next?

DB is utf8_unicode_ci, was utf8mb4_unicode_ci, but change didn’t help.
Php v. from 7.4 downgraded to 7.2, and still nothing.

Besides this issue, everything looks fine ??
