Special characters in the url

here’s the problem i have a wordpress theme https://themeforest.net/item/right-now-wp-full-video-image-with-audio/1575990 i’m working it for a client the problem when navigating through the pages it shows special character in the url “#!” https://lostciti.com/#!?page_id=64..i checked and changed the permalinks but nothing happened..it still keeps showing..i don’t know what to do..my client wants it to be eradicated please help..
