Special Characters breaks ingredients_notes field

Hello Jan! It has been a while. I was updating and correcting some recipes when I came across this issue. If you use special characters such as the &”() in the ingredients_notes field, the data is lost upon updating the recipe. For instance, we were wanting to specify how big pieces are such as cubed(1/2″ pieces). I noticed the same thing occurs when using & or () in the ingredients_notes field.
