    Hello!

When exporting all the special characters like “á”, “?” and others get changed in the file for something like “?§”. So a word “utiliza??o” gets changed to “utiliza?§?£o”.

Is that some limitation of the plugin with special characters or something related to the csv file? I couldn’t find a way to properly export my data with your plugin.

I also had problem with like breaks. In product description where the like breaks to another paragraph, it results in two rows in the CSV file. Is that a way to avoid that?

    Thank you for support.
    Best regards

    Hi @rafaelzrt,

Is that some limitation of the plugin with special characters or something related to the csv file?

This is usually related to how programs like Excel/LibreOffice display the exported data. Try enabling the “Include BOM in export file” option in the import settings: https://d.pr/i/QZRVh0, then re-run the export and open the new file to see if it’s fixed.

I also had problem with like breaks. In product description where the like breaks to another paragraph, it results in two rows in the CSV file. Is that a way to avoid that?

I’d have to see this issue in action to advise on fixing it. Please replicate the problem on a sandbox site at https://www.wpallimport.com/debug/, then open a support request at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ with the sandbox site URL and a brief description of the issue.
