Special Character in Event Label not Passing to GA

I have an event label that has a “&” in it. I was using another method for event tracking and the label came in like “Resource-Find&Test”. When I switched the form over to Gravity Forms and set up submission tracking, the label is showing up in GA as “Resource-Find”. The ampersand and text following it are not coming through. Is anyone aware of the event tracking for Gravity forms plugin not supporting special characters? I would like to keep the label consistent with the historical data.
