special character ?

I like your plugin, it works perfectly, even with custom fields… except when there is special character in the title of the link…
exemple : Cocktail glacé => https://www.domain.com/cocktail-glace.html
doesn’t work…I tryCocktail Glacé,Cocktail Glac√?but nothing works…my site is on UTF-8…
Could you help me, maybe a modification to do on the plugin…
