Sparkpost failure – type ‘json_array’, but needs to be of type ‘json_object’

    Hello there! On two separate WordPress installations we are evaluating FluentSMTP with Sparkpost. However, in Sparkpost, the log indicates a “Generation Failure” with error:

    field 'content.headers' is of type 'json_array', but needs to be of type 'json_object'

    I found a 3 year old support topic about the identical error with a note that it might have been resolved but it doesn’t appear to have been. Thanks!

    Thanks. I have replicated this on WP Engine as well as Local App. I’ve pasted some screenshots below. Environment details:

    1. Local App
    2. NGINX
    3. PHP 8.1.23
    4. MySQL 8.0.15
    5. Fresh WordPress install 6.6.1
    6. Latest FluentSMTP 2.2.80
    7. No other plugins
    8. FluentSTMP logs indicate “sent” but the “Generation failure” error is in Sparkpost
    9. In API Permissions my screenshot says, “Transmissions:Read/Write” only; but I tried with “All” as well – same issue.
