(Sparkling Theme) How to Add Secondary Menu on the Header

  • Hi Team,

    I’m a complete noob, my apologies. I’ve been searching for answers on the internet but nothing seems to work. I’m using Sparkling Theme (Colorlib) and I can’t seem to find any answers specific to this theme. I’d like to have 2 menu. One on top of the header, and the other, the default one.

    My website is not indexed yet as I want to have this settled first before I add contents to it.
