Spanish States don't work as it should

Hi, I have 2.0.13 woocommerce and I have a problem. When I have add something to cart and I go to “checkout –>pay” I fill all my personal details but something happens after filling the “city” field. The “state” toggle does not open as it should.
I have to tell that I have spanish language selected and it happens with the spanish states (Provincias). It happens in Google Chrome and IE.
What I cannot understand is that if I select any other country like Brazil, Australia, US… it works great. I have noticed that when I select “Spain” the zip code is moved before the “city”.
I think there is any kind of bug with spanish states.
