Spanish .mo .po files missing?

Language packs are installed automatically if they are available. Once a locale has reached the threshold for a package build it will be listed here. It also means that you don’t have to include this language in your plugin anymore.

Here’s a screenshot. Don’t worry about the blacked out parts… my client just wants to keep his site underwraps until launch so I uploaded it to my own server and blocked out compromising text.

The part I can’t translate has red indications.
