Spanish Flag setting not being saved

If I select “Display Spanish Flag” and save settings, the box next to the Spanish Flag option comes back “un-checked”. The flag does get displayed initially. If I were to add another flag and save settings, the Spanish flag would not be displayed. My point being that it is not a display error on the Settings page. It seems as if the Spanish “setting” is not being saved.

Not a problem, just wondering if anyone else has this issue.
