Span tag in the review

    Hey, when I write a review and submit it, a </span> tag will appear after the message. Why does this happen and how do I solve this ??

    @fate87, are you still experiencing this issue? Can you please confirm that the message being submitted does not have any “extra” content or HTML elements being submitted in it? Is it possible the message is being copied/pasted from somewhere else which may be bringing in some extra elements?
