    Dear customer it seems the developers of your theme have used the $ selector for jQuery which go into the conflict with our plugin. We assure you that any modification of our plugin couldn’t fix your issue just contact the theme developers with request to put ‘jQuery’ selector instead of ‘$’ in their javascript source.
