Spamming or Your JavaScript is disabled

    Dear Support,

    We see the following error message when a site visitor tries to add their name & email to a form:

    We don’t have any security/spam settings configured with this form and jet FF seems to reject any entry. Equally, Javascript is enabled. The error message is browser and OS independent.

    Would you know what is causing this message?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems an anti-spam plugin causing the issue. If you could share the page URL with me, I can investigate further. Please consider temporarily deactivating any anti-spam plugins you’re using.

    This should resolve the issue.
