Spammers bypass the mandatory questions

You’re missing the point.
Is there any way to somehow send the test without answers! But in the question settings it is specified that there must be an answer.

I pointed out that in the test you have to answer the question. But this function does not work!

You can see from the screenshots that the questions require answers necessarily. Then you can see that the test result came back with no answers.

You can access the log from your website Cpanel only.

Please follow the steps given in below link.

One last request can you please share the screenshot of the email tab of the quiz. Where you added the email text.
