    Known users of our website get the message:

    “SpamFireWall controleert je browser en IP?185.104.29.254?op spambots” (is in dutch)

    The IP adres is not one of ours. The users are using Chrome and are loggen in with their Google account.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @noordkopcentraal.

    This occur if you use a caching solution and the “Set cookies” option is set to position “On” in the plugin settings (WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings).

    Please switch the option to “Store data in the website database (alternative mechanism)” position and clear all cache on the site.
