Spambot on my PC hits hourly

So i’ve found out that I have a spambot on my computer and every hour at :49min I see this icon popup in my task tray for a couple seconds and bingo, i have a new comment spam.

Good news is it all goes into moderation so my spam filters catch it. But I ran Search & Destroy and AVG and am coming up with nothing. Any ideas?
