spamattempts not noted with spamhammer active

I use spamhammer 1 series to protect against spam and probably this is why the attempts are not noted because they usually are under 1 second. I (re) installed WassUp in parallel and it does record the attempts. I need this because the mail report Spamhammer sends does not include the IP address and it doesn’t do any other logging of the attempts. Occasionally I get more attempts per hour and then I want to block the ip address or range in “IP filter”.
It is unfortunate development of spamhammer 1 is discontinued and you can only get the too expensive 3 version. My wish is that attempts trapped by spamhammer 1 would be somehow automatically added to a blocklist. Integration of spamhammer or some similar device in SlimStat would be much appriciated, maybe as payed extra option.
