spam users in wp_users after 3.8

    have you upgraded wp to 3.8 ? did you check your wp_users table ?
    I got shocked when I saw so many spam registrations, they are not visible on website/blog, but only wp_users and wp_usermeta.

    any one aware of any solution to fix this issue ?
