Spam users and Database

  • Hi everyone,

    This is more of a FYI really. I noticed a few days ago that I have had users registering with wpuser_ at the start of their username. Not long after on two separate sites both had database errors in the options table. I am not sure if it’s pure coincidence but these sites have been running for a loooong time without any issues like that. Is there a new exploit out?
