    Nothing to worry about. Relevanssi searches are escaped and protected, so it’s not possible to do a SQL injection attack from the search.

    If you want to clean out attack searches from search logs, you can use the keyword blocking to do so, but it would be even better if you could stop the attacks earlier in the process, preferably before WordPress is started.
