Spam sites being cached on the page cache folder (/page_enhanced)

I noticed there are many spammy site being cached on the page cache folder. For example: /wp-content/cache/page_enhanced/www.MY-SITE.com/category/SPAM-SITE.com/SPAM-PAGE/CATEGORY-PAGE-FROM-MY-SITE/cpanel
When I tried to access the url to check i.e https://www.MY-SITE.com/category/SPAM-SITE.com/, it returns 403 page.
I have specified the sitemap url on the Page Cache setting – under Cache Preload in the hope of W3TC will only cache pages on sitemap. But, it still caches random spam sites.
How to prevent W3TC cached spam sites?? I don’t like to keep those rubbish cached pages on my server.
