    Sock puppet accounts and fake reviews are a “thing” for me and there are many parameters to identify such. It’s often not limited just to reviews and some people have created fake accounts to promote their service with “Hey try this tool and website, it helped me <insert webite link>”.

    Those are dealt with harshly. ??

    As Andrew has pointed out there’s nothing suspicious regarding those accounts. They’re just poor reviews and you may want to consider replying well to them. A good reply is better than any bad review.
