Hello everyone, unfortunately no spam reports are being sent on one of our customer sites. In general, sending emails via the website works, but spam reports are still not being sent. We also see via an email logging plugin that no email is being generated/sent. There are spam entries, so an email should be sent. What could be the reason for this?

Hi @hmnn, these reports are generated by a “cron job”; a scheduled task that runs when the site is loaded.

I suggest installing the WP Crontrol plugin and seeing if you see anything with the name gf_zero_spam_send_report. If not, the cron isn’t being scheduled.

    Please let us know!

Hi, there is a cronjob called gf_zero_spam_send_report, which should be executed twice a day. However, we do not receive any e-mails. Also, no e-mail dispatch for GF Zero Spam is documented via WP Mail Logging. Is there anything else we can check?
